Egg Harbor City remembers its fallen heroes (Bonus Slideshow)

EGG HARBOR CITY – The theme was “In valor, there is hope,” at the Memorial Day Parade in Egg Harbor City, on Monday, May 26. 

The march began in front of Fanny D. Rittenberg Middle School and ended at Lincoln Park, where there was a ceremony.

Among the people in attendance were members of American Legion Post 158, members of the Cub Scout Pack 76 from Galloway, Rev. Jim Betz of St. Nicholas Church, and featured speaker, James Hall Sr., chairman of New Jersey Elks Army of Hope.

Following the ceremony at Lincoln Park there was another ceremony held in the Egg Harbor City Cemetery to honor the dead.
