LINWOOD – The rain held off long enough for folks to get in a full day of fun at the annual Linwood Country Fair Saturday, May 10 at All Wars Memorial Park.

Children and adults reveled in games and amusements that included a dunk tank, giant inflated slide, pony rides and a petting zoo.

The fair was also the place to find a last-minute gift for Mother’s Day, with various vendors selling jewelry and home décor items.

About midday, the Fralinger String Band strutted through the park, picking up a following of dancers who joined in the fun.
