Belhaven strikes up the band for area seniors (BONUS video montage)

LINWOOD – Local senior citizens returned to school Friday, May 2 and found that participation is still rewarded.
Seniors who answered questions during the annual Morning of Music were presented with flowers, while everyone enjoyed coffee and sweets and the varied musical selections presented by the Belhaven Middle School Band.
Band director Larry Lamkin said the concert, now in its fifth year, was inspired by a band trip to see the Boston Pops Orchestra, in which guests were served food during the concert.

This is a concert that must be seen... Mr Lamkin, Mrs Robinson and the band put on a show that is FANTASTIC. It is hard to believe this is a Middle School Band. Great Job as usual BELLHAVEN Band! We are looking forward to Saturday Night!
